Courtney Scott In Training
Courtney teaches stress management, yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices and is trained in Trauma Informed methodologies. She loves teaching these practices, especially to emerging adults. Courtney spends her free time in the woods, with her family and her dog. She loves to travel and read non-fiction, adventures stories and is HUGE fan of Survivor, Alone and Lost.
