Holly enjoys helping people of all ages to discover everyday mindfulness and supports their efforts to establish a meditation practice. Her Koru students (aged 18-82) report that the class taught effective strategies for reducing stress, improving sleep, and cultivating a sense of well-being.
Holly finds joy in many mindful activities like hiking, gardening and playing music. Spending time in nature and creating art of all kinds are the things that provide opportunities to practice mindfulness at any time!
